We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell and promise the easiest returns available.

With the exception of personal use items, you may return any unused*, unaltered, non-laundered or defective item for a full refund or credit within 60 days of delivery by returning the item(s) and referencing your order number to the address below:

When the return is received from the original order, you will then receive your credit.


If you purchased 10/1/16 or after, you are eligible for FREE return shipping within the Continental U.S. on all shoes and protective gear (masks, chest protectors and shin guards). That's right. If it doesn't fit or the product is not to your liking, the risk and costs are on us. Contact us for a return shipping label.

The quickest way to replace a returned item is to re-order through the website.


Please contact us. Even if beyond 60 days, we'll contact the manufacturer to try and issue a replacement.


Due to the intimate nature of athletic supporters and cups, compression tights and shorts, and pelvic protectors, we unfortunately CANNOT offer returns or exchanges on these items. Whistles may be returned unused, sealed in the original packaging. 

*Please note: Products may be refused for credit upon inspection by our returns department. If your item is deemed non-refundable, we will return it to you at the address used when the order was originally placed.

Return Tips


Please use care in sending items back to us, preferably shipped and packaged in its original shipping container. Shoes must not be returned shipped in their manufacturer's box- please return packed inside another container.


Please ensure your package can be tracked so that there are no issues with any un-trackable lost packages. We recommend USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation for small packages and UPS or FedEx for larger ones.

Your Order Number

Writing your order number on the box will allow for a speedier returns process. Check your packing slip, confirmation email or order history at your account login for your order number.

About Credits

Issuing Credits

Credits may take 3-5 business days to process after your return is received. A notification will be sent to you by e-mail when the credit is given. When your credit card company issues the credit may take additional time.

Credit Information on Shipping

Return shipping is on us for any damaged or defective item or if there was an error on our part. In any other case. shipping charges, original or return, are non-refundable.
