My item does not fit. Can I return it?
Any non-worn, non-customized (hemming and numbers) item that has
been in your possession less than 60 days can be returned.
When you send an item back to us, we strongly encourage you to use
a shipping method that tracks your shipment back to us such as UPS.
We can't be responsible for packages that were lost en route to

I want to exchange an item?
The most efficient way to look at an item exchange is to order the
item you desire online in the normal way. Then return the item following
the instructions above. In this way, you will get your item quickly.
When we receive your returned item, we will then credit the item
for the proper amount.
I returned an item but have not received a credit. Can
you please explain why?
We usually process returns and provide credits the same day we
receive them. However, there may be times where this process
may
take up to an additional few business days.
Do know that we have
no control over how long your credit is actually credited through
your credit card company and the length of time it takes to show
on
your bill.
Depdending on when you receive your credit card statement, a credit
we gave may not actually show there until your next billing cycle.
