Markwort 4-Dial Precision Blue Umpire Indicator with Score - 4/3/3 Count

I have 2 of these and wish I didn't buy them. Way too thin to hold onto and hard to hear or feel the click of turning the dials. Only used 1 indicator once.

Worked well, but balls and strikes are backwards to most indicators.

As an umpire, I’ve always been taught that the field umpire does not carry an indicator!! But working these travel ball tournaments where the field ump is responsible for keeping the scorecard, this indicator has made things a lot easier! Especially when you have players asking for the count! This inductor also makes it easier to keep up with runs scored per inning! I absolutely love this indicator! It makes the job a lot easier!

Like the other person said it’s too loose and you have to reset it because it moves on its own only halfway. I went to my old faithful metal one. It's nice but I already have had it for about 15 years with and wanted to check out a new indicator.

I found that the indicator I received was very poorly made. The B/S wheels were extremely loose, to the point it is mostly impossible to only advance by one click at a time. I found myself continuing to need to reset the count. All around this is not a product that I would recommend.

I have used the stainless metal one for years. Markwort does not make it anymore. This indicator is thicker than the old one, and the strikes and balls are reversed. The dial is prone to turning inadvertently and I have had to learn a new way to hold the indicator. I am having to think about my indicator and not about being an umpire. I would rate this a 2 out of 10 only because it is not as good as the old stainless one. I wish it were still made.

Great product. The indicator wheels turn quickly and easily. Making it easy to do with just one hand.

It is sleek looking, but the balls and strikes are reversed versus most counters.

Balls and strikes are backward. It has notches on the wheels, so you can feel when you're at 0, which is nice. The backward balls/strikes wheels are a bummer.

Light weight, easy to read and comfortable in my hand. However, Balls and Strikes are in opposite positions than most indicators. Something to get used to.
