Force3 Umpire Tights with Kevlar Thigh Protection
Great idea and concept. The sizing runs a little small in my opinion. Breathable and lightweight with thigh protection.
I agree with Michael. Stitching ripped on the left leg as I put on the first time. I bought a size bigger than what I buy in Smitty, and the elastic is junk. I like the fabric and cup holder, but see why these are closeouts. I'm hoping Ray Brownlie designs a good tight for you to carry. Remember - many of us are wearing these tights for up to 12-14 hours a day, so they need to be durable.
Great idea and I really want to give this product 5 stars because the pads are fantastic and placed right where they are needed and I wear them every game behind the plate. However, the tights that come with them are terrible. They are so delicate and thin you have to carefully put them on or you will completely rip the stitching out of the waist, pad pockets or ankles anyplace where there is elastic.Because they are so bad I have to wear a pair of compression shorts over them to keep them in place. Come on, step up the quality, I will pay more for the protection.
