Do you offer expedited shipping options?
Yes, through USPS Express Mail (1-2 days with most locations within 1 day), UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air but do consider time it takes to process your order. Note that we process your shipment the next business day if received after 2:30 PM ET.

Express Mail is 1-2 Days. Will I get my package in 1 or 2 days?
It depends on your location. View USPS service commitments here and enter your zip code to calculate.

How long does UPS Ground really take? You list it as 1-5 Days.

It's Friday, can you ship my order on Saturday?
Within in the U.S.? Yes, in most cases we can ship it Express Mail. Otherwise UPS has a service called UPS Next Day Air Saturday Delivery that is available for most locations as well. This option is more expensive, is not offered directly on our website and is available only by making a request by phone. Otherwise, UPS does not ship on Saturdays.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide to most countries. If you are trying to order from a country not listed, please contact us.

How do you calculate your shipping costs?
What we charge for shipping is based on what our shippers charge us to deliver packages to you. Our systems link directly to UPS and USPS servers to determine the estimated shipping charges those companies will charge to us based on the weight of your order and your location. We take this cost and add a small handling fee to help cover our costs for shipping supplies (e.g. boxes and shipping tape) and other handling costs.

Where is my order?
You can check the status of your order online using your order number and email address.

Tracking information shows my order was delivered, but it's not here. Where is it?
Most of the time, it generally has been delivered. Check with the following first:
-Tracking information sometimes provides more details as to the location
-Check inconspicuous places (back door, behind a bench or a bush)
-Ask your spouse or roommate
-A neighbor
-An apartment manager
-If delivered via USPS, ask your postal carrier or contact your local post office with your delivery confirmation number.

I did not receive my order when I thought I would. Why?
There could be several reasons, but it is usually related to what time of day you ordered and whether or not you ordered on a business day, weekend or holiday.

Most orders are processed the next business day - when an order is after 2:30 PM ET. So you'll have to consider at least one additional day for processing. If you order over the weekend or a holiday, your order will be processed on the next business day.

Other reasons included that you requested an item in your order be customized in some way. This includes hemming and adding numbers. Such orders take up to 3 days to process.

I received free shipping. How will you ship the order.
UPS Ground which is 1-5 days.

I received my order from FedEx when I thought I was getting UPS. Why?
If we need to drop ship an item to you, our supplier may choose FedEx or other carrier.

I received my order but there was a problem? (something is missing, received a wrong size, etc.) What should I do?
We invariably make mistakes from time to time. E-mail us or call one of our customer service representatives at 1-877.243.1421 (non-holiday weekdays 9:00 AM to 6 PM EST) with your order number and details. We will do our best to right any problems.
