Very few stores received a higher rating. We've compiled a comparison of popular sites including some in the sporting goods arena.
To date, 68 reviews have been submitted with 67 commenting that they would shop with us again with only 1 saying he/she would not. Most reviews were glowingly positive. |

MAKING IMPROVEMENTS BASED ON NEGATIVE COMMENTS
In the reviews, there were about 5 or 6 negative comments or suggestions, most of which we have already addressed, including these:
"Expand Offerings!"
Response: Since the date this review was entered, we've added around 60 new products.
"I was under the impression that the price included a combo unit (for the ultimate ball bag)."
Response: Good point, and we have added a statement in this item's description that the ball bag does not come with all items shown.
"The company failed to use (or offer) a shipping service that would deliver my order to my overseas address in a time comparable to its competitors."
Response: We have now added two, new global shipping options, UPS Worldwide Expedited and Worldwide Express for our customers in countries outside the U.S.
I bought a belt that was supposed to be large 36-38...The belt is almost to small and it is uncomfortable."
Response: You're right. We were aware of this problem before reading this review and have changed belt suppliers. Our umpire and referee belts are now true fit and much higher in quality than our previous belts.
