"My experience was excellent start to finish... I wanted to thank you again for the pleasant experience. I reside in Canada and the order was placed on a Thursday and delivered the following Thursday (which included a Canadian long holiday weekend). I even received a telephone call from one of your representatives seeking shipping clarification. I really appreciate your attention and focus to the customer. I umpire baseball in Zone 4 in New Brunswick which consists of approximately 22 baseball umpires and levels ranging from Midget AAA to Senior Men's. I will certainly educate my colleagues on your services and promote your website... Your prices are fantastic and I can tell you that the Canadian suppliers don't come close to matching your prices. Shipping has been really great and the boxes are marked and labeled well and this makes passing through Canadian customs really easy... "

"I have been umpiring Little League through High School baseball & softball for 12 years. Most of my gear I have used... was all hand me down from my father. I was getting ready for my first game. But as luck (bad luck) would have it, one night at my gym, someone broke the back window to my car and stole my gear bag...

One of my fellow umps told me about your web site & just how user friendly it was (not to mention affordable items). So I essentially built a new gear bag online around noon and gave my credit card info. I was pleased over the prices and brands of equipment you guys offer. Upon check out, I thought to myself 'sure hope it gets here in time'..about an hour later, a nice lady from your company called to clarify my address and told me my order would be shipping soon.. Wow! Talk about quick..instead of just shipping to an ambiguous address, you guys took the time to call and clarify it!

Then, about an hour after that, I received and email from UPS with my tracking number for my order! And based on the first few hours that I had been your customer, something told me that if I do have a problem with my order, you guys will make it right... You just gained a customer for life....

Everything arrived before 10 the next day! Talk about fast! The best part is, the order was pin point accurate. And your sizing recommendations were spot on. Everything fits perfect! I am one happy camper here. I will recommend you guys to everyone I know!"

"You guys really came through with a rush order last Thursday and I appreciate it. What a contrast to (a competitor), where I had originally ordered similar items several weeks ago. They sat on my order for week without telling me because one item (a mask) was out of stock.... The day I should have received the reduced order (without the mask), they emailed saying the leg guards I had ordered were now out of stock and the entire order cancelled. Talk about gall!
