I was invited to umpire for the State Little League Tournament

last year, when I was 30 pounds heavier.  The pants are great for behind the

"I just wanted to take this time from my day to send you a heartfelt 'Thank You' to you, your entire staff, and especially Anessa. Here's why: Last Sunday (3/27), my truck was broken into while I was umpiring a men's league game here in Austin, Texas. They did a 'smash and grab' and got away with my entire bag of umpire equipment! Sunday night I placed my order from your site. I have ordered ultimate ball bags from you before and the Wilson chrome moliben, Reebok plate shoes, and 2 more ultimate ball bags. I umpire almost every day of the week and as you can imagine I was in a bit of a panic. I called the next day to find out when it would be arriving and to my surprise I recieved EVERYTHING Wednesday afternoon right before my game that night. I was highly impressed and happy. I was dumb and decided to try and order my shin guards and umpire bag from "a less superior site" who said they'd have shipped out by Wednesday and received a call from them on Friday saying that it would be 3-4 weeks before they got the shin guards in. I just found this out today (Monday) and quickly called you guys again for "damage control". "I am writing to commend your business for the quality and speed of which I received my recent order.

Recently, I ordered a Wilson Dyna Lite mask, Wilson Charcoal shin guards, and Reebok plate shoes. Living in Canada (Waterdown - a small town just outside Hamilton, Ontario), I do not have access to umpiring equipment retailers and therefore lack the ability to examine top of the line products in person before purchasing. I examined the products thoroughly, and due to the detail of product description on your website (through multiple photos and customer reviews), ordered the products from your website. This was the first time I had ever purchased anything online, not just umpiring equipment.

When I received my shipment, I was thrilled with not only the quality of the equipment I had purchased, but also the speed in which it was delivered. "I have been umpiring Little League through High School baseball & softball for 12 years. Most of my gear I have used... was all hand me down from my father. I was getting ready for my first game. But as luck (bad luck) would have it, one night at my gym, someone broke the back window to my car and stole my gear bag...
