Developed on behalf of Major League Baseball and Minor League Baseball's Professional Baseball Umpire Corporation (PBUC), this must-have training resource tool is officially licensed by Major League Baseball and also serves as a great tool for local leagues, resource for tournament preparation and gift idea for any umpire.

Instructions
- Insert the CD into your computer and the program should start automatically (no installation required).
- You'll see a main menu with 4 options from which to choose: 2-man, 3-man, 4-man mechanics or 3-D signals.
- If choosing one of the mechanics systems, you can pick, see and hear information on a variety of situations including positioning and responsibilities by umpire depending on which runners are on base.
For example, choosing 2-man mechanics, no runners on base and fly balls to the outfield will provide an animation and audio pertaining to this particular situation.
- If signals, you can choose to view a 3-D animation of an umpire making a mechanically correct signal along with audio explanation of any one of the following: safe, out, strike, foul, fan interference, home run, time, foul tip or others.
