Sizing Instructions
Due to the thickness and stiffness of this belt, this belt will fit more snug than traditional leather belts. Best practice is to go up 1 size from your waist size when purchasing.
For example, if you are waist size 37 or 38 inches, choosing the size 40 inch belt would be an obvious choice. If you are a waist size 37 or 38 inches, a 38 size belt will be a tight fit (perhaps, too tight) whereas a 40 size belt would tend to fit more appropriately (and/or to provide more room to grow)
Patent Leather Care
Patent leather can be cleaned with a damp cloth using lukewarm water and plain soap or Windex®. Shine with a smooth soft cloth.
Some recommendations we've read but not had any experience with are products called AQUILA (a gentle leather cleaner from Urad®) and/or VERNICE (a liquid silicone that protects and shines).
