One thing concerning the white dye subliminated numbers. I bought a couple of these numbers several years ago when they first appeared on the market. I used some "tack it over and over" adhesive to hold them in position on the shirt that I was sewing them on ( yep, by hand. My Mom taught me a few things as a youngster but using her machine was never a success). Anyway, by the time that I had both numbers sewn on, the tack it adhesive was beginning the bleed through the material, and ended up making several dark colored ugly blotches that did not remove by washing the shirts several times. I tried dabbing the blotches out with Oxi-Clean by hand to no avail. Ended up just removing the numbers from the shirt entirely. So, lesson learned was, pay the extra $$ to have the white numbers sewn on professionally and specify that they do NOT use any sort of adhesive to temporarily hold them in place while sewing. Never had a bleed through problem with the tackle twill numbers.
