Very good hat. Fits comfortably and never had an issue. I highly recommend this product.

I normally wear size 7 but is was too tight so I returned it and re-ordered a 7 1/8.

This is the only hat I can find in my size. I wear this hat for umpiring and for playing softball. My only problem is that when I first put the hat on, the headband part on the front that sits on my forehead, there's a bump that I can't get out for about a week or so. I've tried bending the bill. I've tried leaving it as is. Still, the first couple of wears, the front of my head takes a beating. I hope Richardson can do something about it. I love the hat, but if that could be fixed, the hat is a 5-star!

Questions About This Product

Q: I have an older Richardson mesh cap size 4. What is the actual size in inches for the four, and do you still sell the mesh model?
– Brian Webster
A:

Older models of Richardson caps came in sizes 1-5. A size 4 is in the inches range of 7 3/8" - 7 1/2". Richardson no longer makes a mesh type model. Please refer to our Umpire Caps Buying Guide to help in your decision to look great out on the field.
